Praised by many, and for good reasons
I was sceptical about by Vilain but after finally giving it a try, I have to say it really is a great Product. The Hold is strong, perfect for short hair that needs to stay in place, aspect is matte, without any shine, and the scent is balanced and a true sucess.
Next time I make sure to buy the 3 pack ;)

Best I have used so far
Exactly matches the description. Extremely strong hold and a matt finish. I used American Crew's Fiber before this, and the difference is huge. I think I found my go-to wax.

Awesome product
Love it! By far, together with the Redken Brews clay pomade, is the best wax I never tried. The hold is very strong, and adds volume and texture to the thin hair.

I have tried out so many clay wax products out in the market yet I was never fully satisfied with them...But I must say By Vilain's gold digger is one of the best products I have ever used. Gives a firm hold, great volume and matte looking texture...I am very impressed with its performance and I would love to try out Silverfox and Wax Zero next time as well!!!

Et helt vildt lækkert produkt
For en uge siden bestilte jeg (By Vilain All In Styling Kit) det var på udsalg, så derfor kunne jeg vel ligeså godt prøve det, da mange andre produkter jeg har prøvet, bare var svært at style mit hår med.
Jeg vaskede lige mit hår med deres Detoxx me shampoo som er organisk, fordi at jeg ikke kan tåle særlig mange shampoos. Det er virkelig en god shampoo, jeg bruger den hver dag og jeg har altid helt blødt, og lækkert hår efter vasken.
Derefter bruger jeg deres sidekick som man ikke skal bruge for meget af, da det tørrer helt vildt hurtigt og har et virkelig stærk hold. Så derfor vær forsigtig, med hvor meget du bruger af den, inden at du kommer voks i. Det kan godt blive lidt svært, at fordele voksen rundt i håret nemlig.
Jeg tænkte at jeg ville prøve at kombinere lidt af hvert. Min favorit kombination er uden tvivl Gold Digger og Powermade/pomade, kombinerer du de to produkter, så får du en virkelig lækker shine og hold til dit hår.
Er man til slicked back look, så er powermade virkelig et valg du ikke fortryder. Det kommer også til at se knivskarpt ud og, det får en nice shine.
Det skal lige siges at jeg har virkelig fint hår.
Silver fox har jeg ikke brugt så meget, men den har også en utrolig stærk hold. Hvis du ville have meget shine til dit hår, så kan silver fox og powermade virkelig anbefales. Da de tilsammen skaber meget shine til dit hår.
Det sidste produkt jeg købte med, var en (By Vilain giant comb) Det er ikke bare en kam, det skaber for mit hår mere tekstur.
Det sidste produkt jeg fik med, som jeg ikke har nogle kommentarer til, fordi at jeg ikke har brugt det. Det er limited edition dynamite clay, det fik jeg med gratis i travel size.
Jeg håber at anmeldelsen her har været til hjælp for nogle :)

I was very pleased with how well the product worked. It is applied very easy and feels great when putting it through my hair. It has a great hold even without hair spray it keeps my hair in place all day it also has a wonderful scent. The packaging is also nice and simple which is nice to see. I highly recommend getting this product.

The Best Without Question
This is the best hair product on the earth. It beats any product out there regardless of price. This applies to the any By Vilain product. The Silver Fox is similar to this but gives your hair a perfect healthy shine. This stuff is so good I feel like its too good to be true. I want to buy 100 of everything so I can feel secure that I'll have it for the rest of my life.

Pretty good
This wax has a strong hold with a slight natural shine to it. It can be restyled throughout the day but I suggest not because after 2-3 adjustments the hair starts to lose its hold and your hand gets a tiny bit sticky. Just leave it and it'll stay. It is a bit tough to apply as it tends to tug when I apply it to my thick straight Asian hair. Important to heat in the hands first. It is easy to rinse off but I would recommend shampooing at least twice to be safe. Overall, this is a great product that matches the quality of other popular waxes out there such as Kevin Murphy night rider.

I've been using By Vilain wax for around 2 years now. Tried the Silver Fox first which was good but was eager to try this Gold Digger one id gone through that. Good hold
It has a very good hold and no shine. The smell could be improved, a waxy smell.
But one problem, it does not wash out easily. With skyline breeze shampoo will not work, only other proffesional shampoos.

Gold digger is bae!
I thought it was going to be super amazing and it met my expectations. Just make sure to not put a ton in or else it's too strong. Within 1 hour, your hair gets really soft. It is amazing. I'm still experimenting with it but so far I am amazed. The smell is meh tho. It kinda smells like pepper but other then that, it's great.

My Expectations Were Met
I've been watching SlikhaarTV for a while now and I always wanted one of their waxes. I decided to get the gold digger wax. It says "Extreme Hold | Matte Finish" which is a true statement.
To my surprise it is actually too strong in my opinion. That's because I wanted more of a natural hold. Maybe next time I'll get the Dynamite Clay for more texture and a little lighter hold.

Where can i start with this amazing product. This is Slikhaar's first and most iconic hair product in my opinion. It gives you amazing hold with an ultimate matte finish to make your hair look sleek, healthy and amazing. Does what it's made to do and does it brilliantly
People are gonna tell you that this product is sticky. Too hard or not pliable. Though they are right, they are stupid at the same time. This product was made to give you that out of this world hold which lasts the whole damn day and it delivers. There's no other product I'd want when I'm partying or playing sports. The hold lasts 12-24 hours depending on hair type and product applied. Best way to use it is with blow. Hold lasts 48 hours for me then. If you want is to be less sticky then cocktail it with sidekick. Will ruin the all matte effect though. No product in the market can compete in terms of hold except it's shiny counterpart Silver Fox. I prefer pliablity so I usually use Dynamite Clay but if you want that high hold everyday. Don't look any further.

The product worked like a dream. I have naturally curly hair, so finding a good product can be hard. Gold Digger works best if you blow dry it in your hair and then add a little more. Never use too much, because a little goes a long way.

Best wax ever!!!
After my second can of this I can honestly say that this is the best hair wax that I've ever used. Combine it with the Shampo, Contitioner, a Sidekick and a hairspray and you're good to go! Can't wait to test the Silver Fox and make a cocktail of it :)

I remember back in the days when I was 15 years old and couldn't get my hair in a nice style. The struggle with my hair was real. This gold digger wax is my number one favorite out of all of the different gels, waxes, and sprays I have tried. It definitely holds ANY type of hair in place and it even smells good! It has that finish product that makes it look like you didn't put anything in your hair, it's that great. I've worn it around town and work and I've gotten millions of compliments on how great my mohawk looks. Let me tell you, I couldn't have had such a great mohawk without this wax. I've ordered this multiple times because I keep on blowing through these. And even if you don't like wax yourself, there is always someone out there who does. I already tried out so many different waxes and hair gels as well, but always got disappointed, because i got kind of thin hair, which always looses the structure over the day. Then i found Slikhaar TV on YouTube and decided to order the Gold Digger wax to give it a try. To be honest I couldn't be happier about this wax. By Vilain Gold Digger will give a guy that perfect result and less hassle to get it. The first time I bought this products I couldn't have been happier, like a child at Christmas.
The hold is fantastic, last for days in your hair, great use out of one can, worth every penny spent. Honestly if you are grudgeing about the price for a hair product don't, I can garrentee that you will find it more than worth it. I will never stop buying these products as I've been using them for over a year and a half. These products are hard to be beaten all around, with there price and excellent shipping service. I never have to wait more than a week for my delivery which to me is great. Hard to beat
Well like most guys we either settle for something that just about does the job but still aren't happy with the results or we continue to look for that perfect one. I cannot tell you how many different hair gels/wax I had before and not one of them was I happy with. I am so glad i found Slikhaar, each of their products are amazing, I can't get enough of their stuff. Gold Digger is one of my favorites. It gives great hold, gives your hair that natural look and doesn't look like you have caked on layers of hair wax just for that style. Great for most styles and hair lengths but I found it works much better for shorter hair styles rather than long hair styles. It's price to some maybe a bit much but honestly it is 100% worth it. You get a lot of use out of just one tube and the shipping is always fast. Never have I had to wait more than a week for it to arrive which is great to me. All around its a great reliable product that is hard to beat on all levels.

The real deal!
I have tried different wax products all from Id hair to Renati to Hanz de Fuko. They all suck if you compare them to Gold Digger. This product IS the real shit, the first time I got it was from a friend and I actually did not want to try it because I thought Hanz De Fuko Claymation was the best, but then I tried Gold Digger.. and I thought "damn, this is it!". My jar is almost empty :(.. I guess I have to buy a new one soon, but I think it is a little expensive, that is why I give it 4 stars, but the product is absolutely worth 5 stars!

Best hair wax. EVER
I've tried a majority of hair waxes from Walmart, and Walgreens, then started using Gatsby, the pink one, and the gray one, and they were great, until you got out into the sun, where the wax melted, adding moisture to your hair and sinking it down. I have my hair spiky so I decided to try this product. Not one regret, smells a bit like plastic, or fresh paint, but later one it starts smelling like faint cotton candy almost, not harsh, but very vague. I can now comfortably walk to my next class through the sun without having to re adjust it once i get back inside. If you have Spiky hair, you are going to love this. has a very strong hold but not too strong that it feels like plastic. Leaving Gatsby behind, and sticking to this.

Amazing
I have tried dozens of waxes through years but never really found "the one". You know, the wax that just lifts up your hair, boosts the volume, gives texture and holds throghout the day.
Then by coincidence i heard about this wax and decided to try it out and i have to say that this might be THE wax! It is amazing! It holds your har perfectly and gives amazing texture! I am definetly buying more from by vilain!

I have never used a better hair product that Gold Digger and Silver Fox (depending on the look that I want). These products have an amazing hold and perfect finish! Its the Best of the Best. Their other products are superb as well. I recommend everything. However, if someone wants the essentials, I would get Blow and Gold Digger, or Sidekick and Silverfox. Either way, you can not go wrong with anything on this website.

Nothing better
I have tried almost every product out there and I can find nothing better than Gold Digger. It's amazing that multi million dollar companies with vast resources can not create a product that comes close to this. I have very fine, straight, medium length hair. This gives very strong hold all day. It has a medium matte finish that I can increase in shine by using on more damp hair. It doesn't weigh down my hair like a pomade. Another positive is that it can be washed out easily with soap and water (unlike Gatsby). Great product guys. Ships to US and received in about 1 week. Awesome

The best wax ever!
This is the best wax i have used. It gives such great hold and that matte finish, that I can't find with any other product what says the same. It has lasted me over two months because of how little you need to style your hair, the product is very versatile and I recommend this to everyone who needs a new hair product. This is an incredible product no doubt!
I have been using other products such as Muk, American Crew, Kevin Murphy but nothing works quite like this.
Smells great and works extremely well. Any hairstyle is possible.
If anyone needs a hairstyling product just run straight to By Vilain Gold Digger. No need to waste time on other greasy no stick products.

Great product
I bought Gold Digger coming from very long hair to an undercut with a medium length on top. I needed a product that would give me an outstanding hold and a matte finish. Gold digger has a very strong hold with a dry matte finish which is all anyone can ask for. I am committed to Gold Digger and recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding hair product.

Best Wax that i've used so far
I've been using wax for 8 years and i've purchased the By Vilain Gold Digger 2 weeks ago and i'm very amazed by how strong it hold my hair. It's not oily and i'm just in love with the wax. I'll definitely will be buying more of this and will i had been recommending my friends about this product.

The one and only wax for hairstyling
I will be honest...
It was in 2012 when I first got in touch with slikhaar tv. I watched the "Miguel Veloso Hairstyle" and was just amazed how easily he (I think it`s Emil ) styled his hair inspired by football player Miguel Veloso. Well after some days I tried to do the exact same hairstyle like in the video, but failed within few minutes as my wax (Axe) does not give me the hold and shine as on the can described. It did not take long when I realized that I need a good wax and not these "garbage" from advertisements, where they promise ultra strong hold.
However, in 2012 it was the world premier of the new By Vilain Gold Digger, the first By Vilain product. I decided to give the new wax a try, but was a little bit shocked because of the price to be honest. After 5 days of shipping time (Denmark- Austria) the wax finally arrived. The first time when I have used the Gold Digger wax was unbelievable. It was the first hair wax which allows me creating any hair style I want. It is suitable for any type of hair and it just a Must for every man ! You wont be disappointed as it really gives you strong hold and a matte finish. From my point of view I spent my money well because first you wont find a product like these and second you can decide whether to spend your money in one good high quality product or buy many cheap low quality products. I think everybody, who have used By Vilain wax, can agree with me !

Great wax (but no heat repellant)
I personally think that the by Vilain Gold Digger is one of the best hair product to use. It works well in every situation. It has strong hold and a matte finish which looks natural on your hair. And it can easily be removed from your hair when you use shampoo and conditioner. The only improvement that can be made to this product is to make it as a heat repellent as well, because a lot of us would like to just quickly apply the product and use the hair-dryer rather than using another product to keep our hair safe from the heat. Overall its the best hair wax by far, keep it up!

The Best!
I never write reviews about things but this stuff is honestly the best hair styling product that i have ever used. I looked for a long time trying to find something that looks natural and feels natural when it is in your hair and this stuff does exactly that. I love this product! My brothers and I have been using it for more than a year now and it really gets the job done. If your hair is stubborn, Gold Digger will tame it. Great for special occasions, and doesn't get your hands all sticky. 5 stars for sure.

I had a lot of hair products and they didn't work because I have curly hair and it's very difficult to shape it. But when By Vilain arrived firstly I was a little skeptical because I thought that no single product can make my hair better, but I was wrong. The Best
I have used a lot of hair products in my life but the Gold Digger is undoubtedly the best and no other products are close to this, when it comes to quality. It made my hair look great with a very strong hold (even if there is a wind or you take your shirts off, the hair did not move a bit) and every one was praising my hairstyle after applying it. Oh and it was really surprising to me that the Gold Digger really smelled good and it stays for a long time after applying in my hair. An awesome product I must say and its a must try. My dad who hated hair wax even started using it and loves it just like me.

AWESOME
I started using this product because my friend introduced me to a channel called Slikhaar TV and by that they own a great wax product so i tried to order and use it. So it came very fast and when i opened it up it has a very beautiful scent. I tried using it on dry hair and it resulted so good because even it can stand in the heat and wind and it didn't lose hold that much. Matte finish just the way I like it and it has texture to it. amazing product . A product that I would totally go for again.

Smelly perfection!
I got this after watching slikhaar videos on yotube. I was excited to get it and couldn't wait to try it once it arrived. I showered, and blow dried my hair in place. I finished off with Gold Digger and WOW! I used such a small amount, like I just rubbed my fingers over the surface of the paste and that is all I needed. I styled it and it stayed exactly where I put it. I shower at night and so once I finished styling my hair I go to bed. I do not toss and turn a whole lot when I sleep but I don't stay perfectly still and when I wake up in the morning my hair is still exactly where I put it. In case sleeping does mess my hair up a little bit gold digger stays pliable when I wake up I can run my fingers through it or I comb and it will easily go back to exactly the way I want it with no hassle. But also sort of shows how long this lasts because even after sleeping and then a whole day it's still where I put it at night. The only only only drawback to this is that in my opinion it has sort of a stinky body odor type of smell. It's very faint and not noticeable but once I put it in my hair the smell kind of lingers down to my nose and I noticed it for a few seconds. This product is hands down the best overall hair product I've ever used stays pliable its strong it stays where I put it that lasts for hours and its matte so it doesn't look shiny or wet or greasy in my hair.

Best of the best
I love this product because when i put it in my hair it doesn't clump and i can still move it throughout the day. It goes great with some Sidekick to start with. And you never really need more than one finger scoop. The rating says 5 stars but I'd give it a 10.

Extremely impressed with this product it holds your hairstyle in position whilst maintaining the matte look well . Worth the money. You couldn't find a better product anywhere else. BUYING THE HEARTS OF MANY
This product I have been using for little over a year now and all I can say is it's literally gold. Before I purchased this product my hair was terrible, but one day my friend linked me to this and now my style and hair has completely changed for the better!
The product is very versatile being able to cope with both damp and dry hair (I recommend having dry hair when applying the product), and still having the amazing hold that it does.
It doesn't require too much to be put on (depending on the length of your hair) and holds well throughout the day, even when you're trying to battle the elements.
I would recommend this product to anyone, especially to people who have just starting or what to start using wax.
Overall there cannot be any complaints about this product and for the price, it is definitely worth buying!

Great Product!
The Gold digger by Vilain is honestly a great product. I have thick and wavy hair and its hard to find a good product that will give me strong hold while not being greasy or thick. The gold digger is the first product to give me a very strong hold while not being greasy or thick. Also, it can change my hairstyle pretty much all day. It stays in throughout the whole day and I really like that. The smell is subtle but great. Very nice smell. My girlfriends has complimented me many times on how clean and fresh it smells.

The best wax in the world.
I would use this wax almost everyday and it holds for the whole day. Whenever I do sports or big activities, my hair would still be the same before I play or do the activities. whenever my friends see this, they would be jealous and would ask me what wax I use. I would always tell them I use the by vilain gold digger. They would ask me to help them buy it. This wax is also value for money. The cost is worth the professionalism of the wax. I use this almost everyday and it holds it for the whole day. I style my hair like the justin bieber hairstyle. Even so, when ever I'm play any sports, it still holds on. And I also would not need to use a lot of the wax. Just a small pinch and it would be able to style my hair. All my friends are always jealous that my hair would be in place for the whole day and it looks awesome. I would always tell them I use the by vilain gold digger. Most of the time, they would ask me to help them to buy the gold digger. Other then this hairstyle I can also style my hair differently with any style I feel like having. Really the best hair wax in the world. I will not rate it 5/5, it deserves 6/5

The hold in this product is absolutely fantastic. A little bit really goes a longgg way! Furthermore, shipping was very very fast! I stay in South East Asia and it took less than a week. I'll never go back to the wax I used to use. Definitely recommend this product!

Best matte finish product i have used. I have quite thin hair and the hold is so strong so even if u apply loads of the product it seems invisible in your hair, but you only need a little amount. However somtimes my hair falls down later in the day

After finding out about Slikhaar on Youtube, it seemed like gold digger was the product I needed. Sure enough, this is a great product. I have very thick hair, and even though it is straight, most store bought products are barely able to hold my hairstyles together. Now I've been growing out my hair on top, and I know if it wasn't for gold digger, it would be unmanageable. It also smells great! You might find it abit sticky compared to some pastes, but once you practice with it abit you will love the benefits of it. I'm about to make my next order soon, and will be stocking up on a few of these and trying out their other products.

Good stuff but worked better damp for thick hair
I have extremely thick hair. Thick Asian hair, and this product holds but does not last all day in my hair. The trick to making it work in my hair all day was to apply it while slightly damp. This increased the hold ten fold, but at the same time made my hair a little bit crunchy, not bad like gel, but just a tad on the crunchy side. Pros is that it washes out easy. If you have thick hair like mine stick to silver fox. Best product I have ever used.

First empty product tub ever!
Thanks Emil and Rasmus for producing a great product. At first I wasn't sure if this product was right for me - it took time for it work with my hair, but I'm so glad I did.
Usually I have bought store brand products but I have either got bored of them or they just haven't lived up to expectation. This is the first product which I was used it all and will be buying again. Highly recommended.
